All orders ship out from All Terrain’s Newport NH warehouse in 2 business days once the order is processed.
All Terrain® ships with standard UPS. Below shipping rates and method are only for USA.

Return & Replacement Policy:
All Terrain® stands 100% behind the quality of its products. If you are dissatisfied with your All Terrain® product, you may return it to us for replacement or a refund using the process below. If you have questions, do not hesitate to contact us at (800) 246 7328 or by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org.
If you purchased the product from a retail store, it may be easier for you to return the product to them for credit. However, if the store won’t accept your return, you may return the product directly to All Terrain®.

For your protection and to ensure prompt delivery, we recommend that you send your return via FedEx, UPS or insured Parcel Post. We're sorry, return shipping fees are not reimbursed unless we explicitly ask for the product to be returned.
Please include the following information with your return:
1) A copy of the receipt, so we know where it was purchased and the price paid.
2) Whether you want a refund or replacement.
3) The reason for the return, for our quality control.
Your return will be processed promptly upon its arrival and all exchanges will be shipped via standard UPS ground shipping. Processing and transit time for exchange packages is usually 7-10 business days from the time your exchange request is received by All Terrain®.
Refunds or credits will be given at the price purchased. All Terrain® reserves the right to refuse returns for any unreasonable quantities or items that may not have been purchased within the last year.
Damaged Items or Misshipments:
If you order directly from All Terrain®: When your order arrives, please inspect the package for any damage that may have occurred during shipment and to make sure that the correct product was shipped. If damage occurred to the item(s) in your shipment, please contact us immediately at (800)246-7328 between 8:00AM – 4:00PM [EST], Monday – Friday or by emailing email@example.com
Please provide the invoice number, your email address, delivery address and phone number for fastest service. Also, please retain the shipping box, packing materials and the damaged items for inspection by the carrier
